Raleigh Tree Explorer uses a dataset from Raleigh Open Data to explore over 87,000 trees in Raleigh, North Carolina. Use the drop-down menu to choose a tree species (not all trees on the menu are present in Raleigh) and the Tree Results table will refresh with information about trees of that species in Raleigh (to a maximum of 500 results.) Each listing is accompanied by a link that will take you to that tree’s latitude/longitude coordinates in Google Street View as well as a link to search for that tree species on the NCSU Web site.
